You will: Support sales of new and existing solutions to new clients. Provide follow-up to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain sales records and prepare sales reports as required. Be knowledgeable of cross-LOB company solutions to facilitate sales efforts. Conducts sales calls, make presentations, and develop client proposals as appropriate. Your background: As a Sales Associate, you have: Bilingual skills in English/Spanish A minimum of 3 years of proven sales performance in product/solution A track record of being able to talk to multiple audiences at multiple levels from high-level executives to field operators. The ability to maintain and manage the sales process with a large number or accounts, maintaining contacts and continuing to follow-up on the sales status and process. The ability to conduct consultative discovery and to develop and propose solutions that meet client's needs. The ability to effectively plan and document daily sales activities. A high level of demonstrated business acumen obtained from core product subject matter expertise (i.e. postal services, location intelligence, etc.) at an industry level.
