Sales Representative – San Juan, PR

Salary: $15/hr + Commission

Summary:
The Sales Representative will promote and sell technology solutions to clients in the hospitality, restaurant, entertainment, and retail industries. This role focuses on understanding client needs, demonstrating solutions, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting and market research.
Present and demonstrate software and hardware solutions to potential clients.
Prepare accurate quotes based on client needs and product specifications.
Negotiate payment terms and close sales.
Provide post-sale support to maintain relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Educate clients on industry technology trends and product benefits.

Requirements:
Associate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related field preferred.
2–4 years of experience in B2B sales or consultative selling.
Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
Strong computer skills; knowledge of internal CRM and Intelisis preferred.
Excellent communication, planning, and negotiation skills.
Proactive, goal-oriented, and sales-driven.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
