Aflac, Fortune 500 and a leading provider of insurance sold voluntarily in the workplace in the United States, is hiring Sales Representatives / Benefit Consultants. We are looking for enthusiastic people, motivated by themselves and who want to generate income quickly to work in a professional business-to-business sales environment.
Identify potential customers by phone, email or in person.
Develop a base for long-term customer sources through the use of references or groups.
Determine the specific needs of particular clients by researching the available options.
Update work knowledge by participating in educational opportunities (read professional publications, maintain personal networks, participate in professional organizations, etc.)
Requirements: High school diploma or its equivalent. Excellent communication, persuasion and motivation skills to progress in a professional environment.
Demonstrated entrepreneurial approach to the growth of business relationships.
Critical thinking and positive attitude.
Organized, motivated and proactive in solving problems.
