This position is located in Delray Beach, Florida. The key responsibilities of the role include: Sales and Administrative Support: Assist Partners with all aspects of the sales process relating to identification of potential prospects and generating new trust and investment business including pipeline management. Additional duties will include providing support for the investment professionals when needed inclusive of assisting with performance reporting, client meeting preparation, etc. Primary duties will include assisting Wealth Strategists with seeking prospects combined with active calling efforts; researching and uncovering potential prospects; preparing materials for client meetings and new business presentations; coordination of sales activities around seminars, COI cultivation, community and bank sponsored events; responsible for preparing new business documentation; work the will bank to generate current fee opportunities; and ensures that the sales process is proactive and timely. Obtain strong understanding and knowledge on investment management, fiduciary and financial planning matters. Researches prospects through various databases. Prepares materials (i.e. letters, agreements, and marketing updates) for prospects, COI or client meetings and presentations. Performs special projects (i.e. coordinating reports, preparing account analysis and workflow reports) that require responding to specific account inquiries and issues. Develop knowledge of a full range of trust-oriented services (e.g. personal trusts, living trusts, wills, investment management, security custody, financial consulting, estate and tax planning). Attend meetings and classes to keep abreast of personal financial planning products and services. Banking: Under general supervision (but works independently most of the time) responsible for coordinating the account administration for Banking clients; responds to client inquiries, produces reports and oversees transaction processing. Also responsible for assisting Private Bankers in business development; creating client presentations and coordinating with the CSST servicing team. Resolves all types of operational or processing issues. Assists bankers with internal administration of accounts, business development and client presentations including due diligence at the onset of a credit opportunity which includes gathering financial statements, industry research, basic feasibility analysis and other credit information required to assess loan. Acts as liaison with National Credit Center at inception and throughout Credit underwriting process. Coordinates with CSST to execute daily client transaction activity and transaction processing including fees, payments and borrowing; handles inquiry resolution; obtains appropriate documentation necessary for credit underwriting, monitoring and credit file maintenance; requests and ensures systems information is up-to-date; execution of client servicing events, communicating with clients and other internal and external partners Oversees development of appropriate action plans for client servicing and coordinates with other team members across disciplines to ensure execution and follow-up Develops clear understanding of clients need behind service requests and communicates to service partners. Obtains appropriate information from partners and clients to facilitate service changes Communicates with clients regularly to inform them of account set-up or status, past due loans, document requests or other information Develops and maintains working knowledge of loan agreements, financial statements and other documentation required to monitor client relationships The successful candidate will benefit from having: Experience, or equivalent, in financial servicing/accounting fields with client servicing background Knowledge of banking products and services is required. Knowledge of internal banking functions. Analytical, problem solving and organizational skills required Strong computer skills including PowerPoint, Word, Excel Basic knowledge of personal financial planning, trust and investment products and services are required to perform primary duties. Knowledge of the bank computer applications (Lotus Notes, Outlook, Trust Systems, and Sales Force) is required to generate sales reports and mine databases.
