Salesforce Technical Lead

General Description

Applies skills as an experienced professional to ensure the security of cloud-based platforms. Recommends methods and techniques to achieve optimal results and helps establish a culture of security across the organization. Creates processes to support high quality security-operations, with real-time monitoring of security and compliance in cloud-based environments with a global user community.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

5+ years of professional experience in IT related roles, including experience in project management, client support and communication, technical support.

Will primarily be responsible for change management duties; including but not limited to supporting our Dev Ops organization, coordinating releases.

Will work closely with software developers to ensure successful deployments and 100% compliance with standard operating procedures.

Will work closely with our business and technology partners to plan and coordinate release schedules and activities.

The role provides opportunity to expand responsibility and assist with various continuous integration and continuous delivery tools such as, Jira, XLR, Jenkins, Artifactory, Ansible, and SQL.

Education

Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems or other relevant fiel.

Experience

3+ years hands-on relevant Salesforce or other CRM experience

Agile methodology experience

Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines with Github and Jenkins

Desired experience with XLR , Artifactory, and Ansible

Previous banking or financial service experience
