Salesforce Technical Lead

Full Time Opportunity 13; General Description 13; Applies skills as an experienced professional to ensure the security of cloud:based platforms. Recommends methods and techniques to achieve optimal results and helps establish a culture of security across the organization. Creates processes to support high quality security:operations, with real:time monitoring of security and compliance in cloud:based environments with a global user community.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 13;
:
5+ years of professional experience in IT related roles, including experience in project management, client support and communication, technical support.
:

Will primarily be responsible for change management duties; including but not limited to supporting our Dev Ops organization, coordinating releases.
:

Will work closely with software developers to ensure successful deployments and 100 compliance with standard operating procedures.
:

Will work closely with our business and technology partners to plan and coordinate release schedules and activities.
:

The role provides opportunity to expand responsibility and assist with various continuous integration and continuous delivery tools such as, Jira, XLR, Jenkins, Artifactory, Ansible, and SQL.

Education 13;

Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems or other relevant fiel.

Experience 13;
:
3+ years hands:on relevant Salesforce or other CRM experience

Agile methodology experience
:

Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines with Github and Jenkins
:

Desired experience with XLR , Artifactory, and Ansible
:

Previous banking or financial service experience
