SAP Business Analyst

General Description

We are seeking a SAP Business Analyst to handle functional and technical operational tasks while participating in key projects. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of SAP or SuccessFactors experience, a strong understanding of HR processes, SAP configuration expertise, change management knowledge, security roles and compliance awareness, plus collaborative skills to work effectively with our SAP expert team.

Key Responsibilities

Process requests from line of business and implement required changes within SAP S4HANA, SuccessFactors, and Qualtrics
Elicit and document business requirements from stakeholders
Perform recurring administrative tasks including user certification, access evaluation, and system compliance
Execute comprehensive testing to ensure changes meet requirements
Submit changes through Popular's rigorous change management process

Required Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP products (ERP, S4HANA, or SuccessFactors)
Minimum 1 year of experience with HR systems

Education Requirements

Bachelor's Degree: Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
Certifications: Relevant SAP certifications highly desirable
