SAP Data Administrator
Responsible for maintaining Material Master, Bill of Materials and Routing (Recipes) in the ERP system (SAP). Also responsible for the verification and approval (as the Supply Chain Site representative) of primary and secondary packaging specification. Responsible for reporting Supply Chain metrics (e.g. Ship-to-Promise, Schedule Attainment, QC Attainment, Cycle Time). Maintain Materials Master Data, Bill of Materials, Routings (Recipes), Inventory in SAP system. Assure and maintain a timely system revision of BOM structure. Maintain all subcontracting and tolling structure in the computerized system. Verify and approve all revisions and new Packaging Specifications representing the Site Supply Chain Department. Assure all Packaging Specifications and Batch Records are approved on time prior to authorize the use in production. Generate, approve and keep as a backup all applicable Audit reports to support SOX requirements and any other site audit requirements. Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality Control, and Finance the reporting of information required for BOM and Routers. Assure all the required changes in BOM, Master Data, and Routers are updated accurately and impacted areas are informed. Responsible to revise all BOM and Recipes annually as per approved budget. Responsible for reporting Supply Chain metrics (e.g. Ship-to-Promise, Schedule Attainment, QC Attainment, Cycle Time).
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
BA/BS in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Engineering. Two (2) years of work-related experience in manufacturing with emphasis in Planning required. Knowledge of computerized production and inventory control systems, such as SAP Excellent communications skills (Oral and Written) in English. Computer literacy (e.g. Microsoft Office). Mastery in Microsoft Excel. Professional (APICS) certification (CPIM, CPM, CIRM or CSCP) is desirable. Work Experience in SAP in the Planning area is a must. Mastery in SAP for MF50, CM25, MD04 transactions. Willing to work irregular hours, rotative shifts, weekends and holidays, when necessary
