Responsibilities:
The Opportunity
Acts as a key link between Sales, Marketing, Operations/Supply and Finance to understand and develop integrated demand plans for all FL & Quaker Finish Products, to deliver high service to our clients-customers.
Your Impact
One Team Plan leader for PR
Demand Planning and Consensus Fcst
Demand variances measures and visibility
Fcst Calibration for production, material and finance planning cycle.
One Team Plan Collaboration meetings (Demand Planning, Operational, Tactitcal, Executive)
Commercial Events revisión thru Promote
Stage Gate Meetings
Collect Marketing and Sales Events - Data, and incorporate it into statistical models to generate demand Fcst
Be aware of assumptions and trends within the demand fcst.
Identify risk and opportunities, and explains the variances to the Demand Fcst.
Work with Mktg to understand consumer behavior/trends and with sales to understand relationship between trade spending and volume.
Manage Logistics Scorecard
Additional duties as requested by the "Coach"·
Qualifications:
Who Are We Looking For?
Degree: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Finance.
Experience: 2-5 years in Demand Management processes.
Languages: Bilingual (Intermediate English and Spanish).
Skills:
High analytical skills.
Advanced Excel proficiency.
Basic-intermediate knowledge of SAP.
Intermediate level in Power BI.
