Your Role:
As Scale / Plant Clerk, you will be responsible for weighing every incoming/outgoing truck and keeping records of every truck ensuring compliance with company procedures.

Your responsibilities:
Keeps controls of the truck scale gates during working hours 5am-9:30pm (including visitors registers, vehicles & traffic control).
Keeps controls of all vehicles & traffic during his shift.
Weights incoming and outgoing trucks in the electronic scale. Fills descriptions on weight tickets.
Participates on physical inventories and bin measurements.
Prepares necessary reports.
Any other duty required by his supervisor.
Essential Skills and experience:
High School Diploma
1-2 years of experience in a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-starter (able to work with minimum supervision)
Knowledge of Computer Systems
Customer service oriented
Good mathematical skills
Bilingual preferred (Spanish and English)
Detail oriented
Punctual
Other considerations:
Interactions with:
Customers – For truck weights & products available
Purchasing/Trading- For trucks waiting & processing
Accounting – Procedures and controls. For reports & monthly inventory process
Mill personnel – Wheat midds & Hominy daily schedules
