It is our intention to contract a full time Controller in an efforts to manage all accounting procedures and functions. The Controller will have all responsibility for all financial records, payroll , banking and daily operation of the accounting department.

Controller is requested to properly and fluently communicate verbally and written in both english and Spanish. Responsibility, Sharpness, attention to details are a must. Self-motivated and able to work diligently with minimum supervision.

Principal duties are to perform all required accounting functions of the company in a timely and accurate manner Provide reports and schedules to the company's CPA Firm in the preparation of all financial statements. In order to perform these principal duties the following must be properly fulfilled. These duties are not meant to restrict initiative, but rather to describe minimum activities:
Requisitos:
Complete and thorough knowledge of all accounting functions and procedures; SAGE 50 & Proficient with reports & spreadsheets.
Accurately & timely prep. weekly field & office payrolls, making proper federal, state deposits.
Maint. all company operating, payroll and savings banking.
Monitor daily cash bal. in operating & savings bank acc. to cover obligations.
Prep. monthly cash projection reports.
Prep. bi-weekly & monthly trial balance reports.
In conjunction w. P.Manager prep. & post all monthly invoices.
Complete fed. and state payroll tax returns and nec. deposits.
Process & issue all accounts payable and subc. payment
Accrue, prepare and remit app. taxes due.
Generate monthly recaps for Workers Comp.
Maintain employees Personnel files.
Perform fiscal year end accounting close outs with CPA.
Process year end W2's and 1099 Forms.
Verify subc. & vend. meet all req. contract agreement.
