Requisitos:
Leadership, self-motivated, and able to supervise personnel. Excellent communication skills, organized and able to perform General Clerical Duties. Support Accounting Department, & Engineering Staff. Competent knowledge of Puerto Rico’s Government general process in order to expedite government related documents for Construction Projects. Ample knowledge of the Construction Industry in Puerto Rico. Capable of expressing fluently, spoken or written, in English and Spanish. Proficient with Project Close-out required procedure for final acceptance. Computer Oriented, Proficient with MS Office, & other office related software. Knowledge in Construction Bidding procedure, & preparation. Able to perform flawlessly under pressure.
