Security Compliance Officer

Descripción del Empleo:
Owns the governance and maintenance of the Security Plan and reporting of system access.
Ensures the secure operations of the MMIS, including the network, servers, access and process per the security policy and measures.
Monitors, approves or denies requests for system access or sharing of PHI/IHI data information.
Monitors vendor’s security plans, risk and compliance.
Point of contract for all security threats and breaches.
Incident handling and reporting.
Requisitos:
• Ensures the secure operation of the in-house computer systems, servers, and network connections in accordance with our internal processes, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Conducts regularly scheduled audits on internal systems and hosting third-party audits as required in order to maintain certifications and compliance certificates.
• Deploys, manages, and maintains security audit systems and their corresponding or associated software.
• Develops implements, maintains, and oversees enforcement of internal security policies and procedures.
• Plans and implements system security administration and user system access based on industry-standard best practices and compliance requirements.
• HIPAA Certification
• Business Continuity background
• Knowledgeable of regulatory & compliance of security"
