Senior Production Supervisor

Descripción del Empleo:
Responsibilities: Lead a team of Production Supervisors to fulfill the daily production delivery and the overall expectation pertaining to setting accurate schedules, costs and resources. Plans and direct Production Supervisor to ensure productivity and efficiencies. Developing and coaching of Production Supervisor and enable them to work independently within their given tasks. Must be able to handle responsibility and the pressure of meeting deadlines.
Manage the production according to Clondalkin Pharma & Healthcare standard (safety, quality, and on time delivery)
Assure Production Supervisors accomplishes manufacturing results by communication job expectation, planning, monitoring and appraising job results; coaching counseling and disciplining employees; initiative, coordinates and enforce systems, policies and procedures. Meet on a daily basis with Production
Requisitos:
Requirements: Must have a Bachelor’s Degree from accredited university, preferred with a
minimum of five (5) printing and packaging industry and with progressive managerial
Responsibilities. Three (3) years’ experience in supervisory capacity is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to anticipate and solve practical problems or resolve issues.
Completely Bilingual (Spanish English)
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and organizational skills are required.
• Strong reasoning abilities and well-developed interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate, proficiency with MS Work and Excel is required.
• Ability to get along with diverse personalities, tactful and mature.
• Able to recognize and support the organization’s preference and priorities.
• Experience operating in a team environment and leading teams are helpful.
• Able to handle high stress situations and work independently
