Overview Harris Education Solutions is seeking an experienced K12 Account Manager to join our team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to travel in a designated territory, learn new technology and work with a reputable company backed by a knowledgeable team. Details You will identify the needs of the customer, demonstrate the benefits of the software and present the Harris computers solution portfolio to K12 Administrators, growing the customer base in their territory as well as enhancing relationships with existing customers. The Sales Account Executive is an inquisitive, self-starter who is interested in finding the best solution to fit the needs of our customers. What will be your impact? Develop and execute regional territory sales and marketing plan Proactively market and sell the Harris Education Solutions suite of solutions and services Present in-depth software demonstrations (typically 90 min to 2 days in duration) Coordinate contract negotiations Plan and execute targeted prospecting activities and events to drive leads. Ensure the quality and timeliness of RFP responses for the territory Record client info and progress in the sales CRM. Forecast bookings and expenses realistically Maintain a sales pipeline to ensure sales targets are consistently and sustainably met Participate actively in national and regional conferences and user group meetings Conduct business with exceptional standard of ethics Build relationship with peers and customers Follow up with the customer after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction What are we looking for? 5 years of sales experience, Software sales a plus but not required. Hunter attitude with a competitive spirit K-12 industry or experience working with school districts a plus Proven track record of exceeding sales goals Works effectively within a collaborative and cohesive, team based environment Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills Outstanding customer service and organizational skills Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills Positive, results oriented mindset Ability to multi-task effectively and to consistently meet assigned deadlines Self-starter with ability to work well independently and in groups The Sale Representative can work remotely or from any Harris office designated sales region in Florida.
