NTT DATA's Client is seeking a Serialization Technician with 5 or more years engineering experience or equivalent education and experience with packaging serialization in a pharmaceutical environment. This employee will possess the skills to be able to resolve complex issues that impact packaging capability, including a complex understanding of a primary functional area, as well as a basic understanding of all functional areas. The work is "hands on in a Packaging environment and requires data gathering and analysis to determine options for process improvements. Manage the successful specification, delivery, integration, and qualification of component serialization equipment and software. Provide serialization trainingsupport to Operations Personnel. maintenanceoperations technicians Be the site subject matter expert for serialization hardware and software, including integration to existing systems. Can perform complex root cause analysis, process improvements, and lead complex troubleshooting. Ability to discern and recommend best solution among multiple alternatives using information at hand and engineering judgment. Execute projects (capital or expense) with no previously defined scope. Can perform projects of short to long term focus. Hands on experience with Stitch Vision System TIPS, OPTEL Vision System Serialization Line Master, Pharma Proof, OSM Server.
