General Description
Analyze state and federal received income evidences and employment verifications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Analyze state and federal received income evidences (financial statements, returns, contracts, etc.), confirm that the evidence received meets the approval requirements, perform mathematical calculations, adjust system revenues according to evidence, document the application, and complete the Income verification. Work with efficiency and effectiveness the income and employment checks that are assigned to ensure compliance with the conditions stipulated by the Credit Officer and a rapid response to our customers. Call the different companies to corroborate the employment information documented in the credit application, evaluate the coherence of the information, document in a system the employment checks received and the steps taken. Answer the calls of the bank consultants, explain the processes and status of the application and corroborate the information. Provide support to bank representatives to serve the client with a sense of urgency. In requests where it is necessary to communicate with clients to verify information pertaining to income or employment. Identify discrepancies and veracity in the documents received to work or refer them. Prepare statistical reports, record the information in the database and meet the established delivery times.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
Experience
Knowledge of adjustments and reconciliations of payroll documents.
Other Qualifications
• Know and navigate the ACAPS screens and the Administrative System (preferably).
• Knowledge of credit applications and income adjustments. Handling of pay stubs, financial statements, payrolls and other state and federal payroll documents.
• Knowledge of Individual Credit Rules and Procedures and state and federal credit regulations.
• Experience in handling situations where it has been necessary to use reasoning and good judgment.
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial information.
• Excellent negotiation, organizational, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to prioritize, simultaneously handle multiple tasks and meet set deadlines.
• Proficiency in communication, oral and written, in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
