Essential Duties and Responsibilities 13;
:To attend courteously and effectively all referrals received through the Referral System for their prompt attention.
:Advise clients on current offers, variety of products and services of financial leasing and conventional loans (Direct, Transfers, Refund:transfer and others), in accordance with the needs and expectations of the client.
:Responsible for filing and tracking credit applications in the ACAPS or PADA system, as applicable.
:Responsible for completing client file, pre:closing and closing indirect equipment transactions.
:Analyze, interview and offer relevant information to the Credit Officer as a recommendation and support for the credit decision.
:Provide diligent follow:up of the requests filed to inform the client of a decision in the shortest possible time.
:Document and keep updated the status and result of the efforts of each one of the registered in system.
:Support in the promotion of retention and cross:selling campaigns.
:Communicate, establish strategies and good working relationships as a team to achieve sales volumes goals and objectives of Customer Retention and Referrals Development.
:Support and actively participate in the activities, charities and initiatives promoted by the corporation. 13;
Education 13;
+ 60 Bachelors degree credits approved 13;
13;
Experience 13;
3 to 5 years of experience with direct sales. Experience in the Auto or Banking Industry preferred.

:Availability and flexibility to work overtime, holidays and/or weekends that are required to cover the needs of the Department.
