Job Description: This person will be the key ServiceNow engineer on customer implementations and also will develop and continuously improve our internal operations application that drives customer satisfaction. The ideal person in this role is passionate about using their ServiceNow skills to ensure that deliverables meet customer requirements and provides the client with maximum value. Work as a part of the cross-functional agile account teams to define and deliver, with quality, both standard and custom development to ensure that the customer has a great user experience on our product Work with Core engineering and technology leadership team to contribute to new product evolution Drive improvements and customization's on clients internal operations applications to provide the customer with a seamless on-boarding experience and ongoing high satisfaction Develop portals and widgets using AngularJS Create required back-end application logic on ServiceNow platform using JavaScript Coach and mentor junior team members that are based in the US and abroad Qualifications: 1 years of ServiceNow Development and Administration Proficient in AngularJS, Expert skills with HTML5 CSS3, and JavaScript Good understanding of relational databases, data modeling Enjoys using ServiceNow to drive customer satisfaction Willing to do some traveling to work directly with our global team members and customers Bachelors degree About Aerotek: We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
