As a Complete Tire & Maintenance (CTM) Field Manager, your essential job functions will include the following:

Business Development and Strategic Account Management

In collaboration with DFOM’s and dealership management, develop individual business plans tailored to build retail sales, tires and maintenance care products.
Develop and execute follow-up process to support the specific dealership action plans and accelerate/sustain growth.
Develop partnerships at all levels of the dealership and provide support to ensure the dealer is optimizing all of the elements of the SET program.
Establish and implement Dealer Tire solutions to support the business strategy at SET dealerships.
Utilize data and analytics to review performance, identify opportunities, and facilitate dealership meetings and review with DFOMs.
Manage all activity tracking and account information while submitting timely contact reports, forecasts, itineraries and expense reports to sales management and DFOMs as required.

Operational Management
Complete all activities required to effectively analyze and diagnose dealerships drivers and any areas of opportunity.
Assess, reinforce SET’s inspection process and partner on implementing elements across the service lane (effective inspection based selling process).
Work with SET dealership ASM’s on customer presentation skills; driving their effectiveness and overall retail strategies through coaching and training to maximize the business opportunity across all products.
Enhance tire knowledge and process reinforcement by utilizing multiple training platforms.
Conduct market competitive shops and analysis to provide market competitive price information/positioning, partnership on any shifts to ensure retail strategies will optimize opportunities coming through the drive.
Perform inventory analysis and collaborate with SET Service and Parts Managers to determine appropriate product mix and inventory levels across all products to ensure customer fill rate and turns.
Collaborate with the dealership to optimize merchandising component with a goal of creating customer awareness and drive sales.
Assist with warranty and road hazard to streamline claim processes.
Maintain knowledge of current industry trends and share best practices across the team and the dealership network to support continuous improvement.
Resolve customer service issues related to any account activity.

Other Duties as Assigned

Position Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required preferably in Business, Sales, Marketing, Management or related field, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
Minimum 5 years of experience in tire retail automotive operations and in dealership experience or equivalent experience in a related environment.
Prior experience selling and project managing a book of business.
Skilled at taking in many inputs, prioritizing, coordinating resources and executing.
Full understanding of all aspects of sales process (inventory, inspect, train, sell/retain) and the ability to negotiate and close deals.
Relatable across the dealership and exhibit good communication with management and Dealer Tire internal associates.
Proficiency at intermediate level with all Microsoft Office products required.
Strong and quick assessment skills with ability to critically think in the moment and add value.
Strong customer relationship skills and ability to sell at the top.

Physical Job Requirements

Sitting for long periods of time.
Talking on the telephone for long periods of time.
Extensive driving and traveling to customer accounts (up to 80%, depending upon assigned territory).
