Set Up/Processor

Descripción del Empleo:
• Responsible for everything related to the assigned machines.
• Responsible for an adequate and efficient set-up.
• Assure that the performed set-ups will produce acceptable quality parts.
• Responsible for the quality and quantity of ware produced on shift.
• Troubleshooting of basic process/equipment situations, following all the corresponding documentation.
• Assure that the wares are produced according to standard cycles and qualification parameters.
• Make all minor repairs on machines and mold.
• Responsible for mold installations to assigned machines.
• Responsible of filling out all documentation as per the procedures.
• Any other duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
• Technical Degree preferred.
Requisitos:
• Experience in injection molding • Exposure to injection blow molding
• GMP Training/SPC Training
Good set-up skills
• Ability to work with people
• Good working knowledge in injection molding machines
