Come join us on our journey to create solutions for a sustainable future Site Quality Assurance Manager - (1901547) – Manati, PR Where the Chemistry Happens As a member of the Agricultural Solutions Regional Quality Assurance Team, manage and lead Quality Assurance related activities at the Agricultural Solution North America (APN) manufacturing site in Manati, PR. The incumbent will be a member of the APN Quality Assurance, and Manati Site's Leadership Teams. You will have a high level of interaction with highly dynamic cross functional, regional and global teams including Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Research & Development. Formula for Success Leverage your BS Chemistry or similar field of study and bring your 10 plus years' experience, leadership and knowledge in Quality Assurance / Quality Control within a manufacturing setting and within multi-functional teams to be successful in this role. Your experience of analytical testing of agricultural products will be a valued asset as you lead the site's Quality Control and related support teams. Collaborating with diverse colleagues, you will lead and support contamination risk assessments, training sessions and continuous improvement activities. Your commitment to a safe work environment will be essential as you will be proactive in creating and maintaining a Zero Incident mindset. Successfully engaging across and outside the organization, you will frequently interact with regional and global colleagues, external service providers and business partners to develop, implement and maintain sustainable Quality Management systems for the site.
