Software Engineer - Team Lead

Regular employment, 6months of probatory period. Salary: $60K - $65K anual + Benefits + $525 Car Allowance

As a Software Engineering – Team Lead, you will be responsible for design, development, testing, documentation, and deployment of software solutions using the latest technologies under the .NET framework, SharePoint or other developing tools available. Develop applications based on industry standards that support scalability as well as integrate with client's enterprise systems at a variety of levels.

Requisitos:
Minimum Requirements • 5+ years’ experience as a Software Developer
• Prior experience in a technical leadership position
• College or University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline Proficient with Microsoft .NET 4+ development using C#
• In depth knowledge and experience with core Microsoft .Net technologies
• Extensive experience designing and developing enterprise grade software.
• Experience with source control management systems and continuousintegration/deployment environments.
• Experience with automated testing.
• Experience with agile development methodologies including Kanban andScrum.
• Experience with multi-threading and concurrency.
• Experience with debugging, performance profiling and optimization
• Comprehensive understanding of object-oriented and service-oriented application development techniques and theories.
