• Experience in Root Cause Analysis • Understanding of bio-processing unit operations • Compliance/Regulatory knowledge • Experience with standard manufacturing procedures and GMP documentation • Ability to communicate and collaborate with technical and management staff within manufacturing, process development, and quality Requirements Doctorate degree OR Master's degree and 3 years of Manufacturing Operations experience OR Bachelor's degree and 5 years of Manufacturing Operations experience or Associate's degree and 10 years of Manufacturing Operations experience or High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Manufacturing Operations experience.
E ducational background in Life Sciences and/or Engineering.
