The Field Compliance Officer reviews the contractor safety plans to ensure completeness and compliance with the necessary requirements.
Facilitates the construction risk assessment exercise.
Evaluates if mitigations identified during risk assessment are included in the safety plan.
Performs field compliance inspections of construction activities as required to ensure compliance with EHS requirements. Reviews construction Pre:Work Plans/Job Hazard Analyses (JHA) submitted by contractors to ensure completeness and alignment with site EHS programs.
Supervises the Project Engineering Warehouse (Superskid Building).
Provides oversight to the Contractor Trailer Yard.
Reports to the Contractor EHS Program Manager.

Reviews Safety Plans and providing guidance on Pre:Work Plans/JHA's development, including hazards identification and proposed control measures

Performs as construction Risk Assessment Facilitator for completion of this analysis in projects

Provides Safety Induction Training for contractor employees
:
Reviews and acknowledgement of pre:work safety planning documents (e.g., JHA's, Rigging Plans, Excavation Plans, etc.) for all contractor related activities
:
Performs field inspections to identify violations to safety plan requirements or established AML EHS practices, at risk behaviors or conditions, construction waste situations
:
Supports contractors on the resolution of safety violations to bring them into compliance with established AML EHS practices
:
Escalates reporting of any incidents or potential incidents learned by direct observation or as notified by another person
:
Supports incident investigations to determine root causes and corrective action alternatives
:
Documents contractor safety inspections through the GETS system
:
Supervises the Project Engineering Warehouse.
Including coordination of equipment and materials storage needs for project execution.
Ensures facilities are kept in proper housekeeping conditions.
Coordinates any facility repairs as necessary.

Provides oversight to the Contractor Trailer Yard.
Coordinates for the installation and/or removal of trailers according to the project needs.
Monitors trailer yard conditions for EHS and housekeeping compliance.
Follows up with contractor to resolve any issues identified.
