Sr Associate Finance

Spectraforce Technologies Inc. is a leader of Staffing Services for companies worldwide. We are looking for a Sr Associate Finance for Juncos, PR to provide financial, analytical and decision support. Influencing supervisor, clients and teams; limited work through others; technical process improvements; advanced problem solving for supervisor support, “strong functional and developmental cross functional perspective.” Advanced hands on modeling skills, ability to translate business problems into financial models, data entry and advanced accounting analysis, strong systems and power Excel users.
Requisitos:
• Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting or Bachelor’s degree Finance/Accounting & 2 years of directly related experience.

• Systems proficiency; SAP, Excel, Power Point and Reporting tools (Smart Sheet and/or Tableau preferred)

• Certified public accountant or past experience working in Finance/Accounting (with preference for experience in cost accounting).

• Experience supporting senior leaders of an organization as an FP&A business partner or in some other advisory capacity.

• Experience in preparing executive communication to include written and oral presentations.

• Systems proficiency; Smart Sheet and/or Tableau preferred.
