Senior Financial Analyst
Provide financial, analytical and decision support.
Influencing supervisor, clients and teams; limited work through others; technical process improvements; advanced problem solving for supervisor support, strong functional and developmental cross functional perspective.
Advanced hands on modeling skills, ability to translate business problems into financial models, data entry and advanced accounting analysis, strong systems and power Excel users.
Lead financial expense planning processes such as the monthly Close, mid-year Forecasts, and annual Planning activities including headcount management.
Prepare, analyze and present operating expense results for various department managers and communicate expense plans and results.
Prepare standard and ad hoc expense analyses including headcount related costs and outside expenses.
Education/Licenses: Master's degree in Finance/Accounting or Bachelor's degree Finance/Accounting & 2 years of directly related experience
Systems proficiency; SAP, Excel, Power Point and Reporting tools (Smart Sheet and/or Tableau preferred) Preferred Qualifications:
Certified public accountant or past experience working in Finance/Accounting (with preference for experience in cost accounting)
Experience supporting senior leaders of an organization as an FP&A business partner or in some other advisory capacity
Experience in preparing executive communication to include written and oral presentations
