Sr Instrument Technician

Descripción del Empleo:
Under minimal direction, is responsible for performing/providing calibration, repair, installation, troubleshooting, loop checking and documentation of instruments and process control systems used in manufacturing and utility plants and analytical labs. All work must be completed to assure minimal impact to production while complying with cGMP and regulations. Functions: Perform advanced calibrations of instruments on process and utility equipment.
Maintain an up-to-date working spare parts inventory system for the equipment/systems. Ensure that calibration paperwork, instrument files and work order documentation is completed with accurate information. Evaluate the current calibration cycles and make appropriate changes to optimize the calibration program. Develop and maintain a detailed training program for the team in order to develop team's knowledge in all areas of the plant.
Requisitos:
Associate’s degree & 4 years of directly related experience or High school diploma / GED & 6 years of directly related experience High school diploma / GED & 6 years of directly related experience High school diploma / GED & 6 years of directly related experience. • We will like the Candidates to have experience on GMP environment preferable pharma or biotech industry.
• Experience on utilities and manufacturing instrumentation calibration.
• Experience on metrology environment.
