Job Description: Ensure that the tasks and/or projects under his/her supervision are completed within the established time, scope, budget, quality, and client satisfaction. Provide technical and business expertise in the completion of the identified initiatives by the project’s sponsors. Create and submit to the assigned Project Manager all pertaining project management documentation, including but not limited to Project Plans, Project Schedules, Business Analysis, Meeting Minutes, Presentations, and Attendance Sheets, related to the part of the program under his/her supervision. Provide tracking and supervision of all resources deployed for the tasks and/or projects under his/her supervision during the complete lifecycle including but not limited to initiation, planning, execution, control, and closing phases of a project. Perform required business analysis for the development of tasks and/or projects. Identify, document, and immediately communicate problems and risks to Project Manager. Responsibilities: Plans and support the deliveries to the client.Defines and develop project measurement tools.Follows up the deliveries assigned on a frequent basics identifying trends, risks, and handling any non-compliance with the established plan.Reports to assigned supervisor the tasks completed in a periodical basis as established.Make sure that the supervised personnel are working under a proper environment proactively handling any non-compliance with the established plan.Act as a communications facilitator and/or liaison between the assigned personnel and all Truenorth departments and client.Perform disciplinary in accordance action when necessary.Identifies stakeholders and coordinate meetings to gather and document requirements, processes, business rules, and existing systemsRecommend optimization changes for analyzed processes that will streamline this processes, obtain clients approval of this recommendationsCreates and documents specifications according to the information gathered which will be the guide line to develop the solution required by the clientObtain clients approval of the specifications createdMeet with the required personnel to present and explain the specificationsSupervise the solution implementation to assure proper implementation of the analysis. Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (read, speak, and write).Good leadership skills to train, guide and mentor the work of less experienced personnel.Analytical and critical thinking skills, Attention to detail, Customer service focused.Knowledge of quality processes, health, safety and environmental protection.Experience working with client vision, business objectives, and critical success factors.Experience working with delivery assurance principles and appropriate procedures relevant to area.
