Stage Build Technician

*Overview*
We are seeking a skilled, dependable, and travel-ready *Stage Build Technician* to join our dynamic production team. This role is essential to the successful setup and teardown of staging systems for live events, concerts, festivals, and corporate shows across the United States.

*Duties*
* Assist in the construction, installation, and breakdown of stage structures
* Load and unload trucks with gear and equipment
* Read and follow technical drawings or direction from lead crew chiefs or production managers
* Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently
* Ensure compliance with safety standards at all times
* Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
* Travel regularly and sometimes on short notice to venues throughout the U.S.
* Work long hours, weekends, and holidays when necessary

*Qualifications*
* Previous experience in stage construction, rigging, or theatrical carpentry preferred
* Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments
* Willingness to travel extensively (up to 90% of the time)
* Flexible schedule and ability to adapt to last-minute changes
* Valid driver's license
* Forklift Certification (required)
* Boom Lift Certification (required)
* OSHA 30 Certification (required)
* Strong work ethic, punctuality, and teamwork mindset

Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
