*Position Summary:*We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Freight Support Specialist to manage and coordinate inbound air shipments from the U.S. to Puerto Rico. This role is responsible for ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery by coordinating with freight partners, tracking shipments, and managing related documentation. Fluency in Mandarin is required for internal communication. The candidate must also be able to communicate in English, Spanish, or both for coordination with local teams and external partners.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Coordinate and track inbound air shipments from the United States to Puerto Rico.
* Serve as a key liaison with air freight carriers to ensure timely delivery and address any issues that arise.
* Responsible for monitoring freight cost efficiency and delivery timeliness, seeking continuous improvement in both areas.
* Communicate updates and delivery schedules to internal teams clearly and promptly.
* Prepare and manage accurate shipping documentation, including airway bills, customs declarations, and delivery records.
* Schedule and oversee cargo pickups, ensuring proper handling and efficient transfer to local operations.
* Maintain shipment logs and performance data for reporting and analysis.
* Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company operating procedures.

*Qualifications:*

* Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) — this is required.
* Must be able to communicate effectively in English, Spanish, or both.
* 5+ years of experience in logistics, air freight, or supply chain operations preferred.
* Strong knowledge of air cargo procedures and shipping documentation.
* Result-oriented, with a focus on efficiency, timeliness, and cost control.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient in Excel and logistics tracking systems.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

*Working Conditions:*

* Flexible scheduling required based on shipment and flight schedules.
* Occasional travel to airport or freight facilities within Puerto Rico and Miami, US.
* On-site position based in Puerto Rico*.*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
