Superintendent - Construction Industry

THIS POSITION IS BASED OUT OF PUERTO RICO.

The Project Superintendent is responsible for the efficient scheduling, management, and coordination of all sub- contractors, construction trades, labor crews to work in unity in order to ensure quality and construction progress according to the project Master Schedule. The Project Superintendent will have proven construction experience as a Superintendent, a history of leading, teaching, and mentoring others successfully, and the ability to thoroughly understand and follow plans, project specifications, design documents, code requirements and other similar construction activities including, but not limited to:
Requisitos:
Residential Construction: Permit document administration and controls Complete review and understanding of subcontractors scope of work
Coordinate safety meetings and overall responsibility for project safety
Control project access and traffic
Tool/equipment inventory, coordination and rental
Coordinate, schedule and maintain records of all project testing and certificates including concrete and soil testing
Coordinate with PM, PCM and PFE daily regarding project progress, S/C performance, QA/QC and reporting
Must have experience in concrete housing construction and managing multiple projects in different areas within a region
Complete “3-week look ahead schedule” and update master schedule with PCM
Complete Daily Log Reports (Procore)
Maintain “As Built” drawings for final submittal
