*Job Overview*

We are seeking a dedicated engineering supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate daily operations, lead a team of employees, and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

*Responsibilities*
* Supervise and guide team members in their daily tasks
* Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company plans and vision
* Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
* Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
* Maintain a positive work environment for all team members
* Overseeing projects
* Managing the maintenance budget
* Maintaining inventory records

*Experience*
* Proven experience as a supervisor or relevant role
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Good knowledge of performance evaluation procedures
* Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and technical expertise is a plus.
* Monitoring maintenance and repair activities.
* Painting designated areas and items.
* Performing minor plumbing functions.
* Installing and replacing basic electrical fixtures.
* Replacing and repairing heating and cooling pumps.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $29,500.00 - $32,000.00 per year
