Descripción del Empleo:
We are seeking a Production Supervisor for Bayamon and Cayey. The supervisor will instruct, trains and coaches the hourly personnel in all aspects of the job, including proper techniques, work instructions, production methods, quality assurance and plant operation. Works on all personnel issues including performance reviews and necessary disciplinary actions per company policy.
Requisitos:
Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree Completed. -Previous experience of strong leadership experience in a labor intensive production / manufacturing environment.
-Strong operational background and experience.
-Availability to work any shift.
