The supervisor will be tasked with monitoring inventory, new hire hiring and onboarding, policy and procedure updating, working with RAVE / compliance and appeals partners to ensure accuracy with compliance, day to day leadership of the team members, running team meetings and consistent communication and being a subject matter expert for internal and external clients, and sustaining employee engagement. ?Individuals in this function are responsible for managing employees who investigate, recover and resolve all types of Fraud Waste Abuse & Error claims. This individual ensures adherence to state and federal policies, service level agreements and operational mandates. This person helps drive financial savings for the organization through investigation reviews and managing day to day business operations. Review the performance and work of team members to ensure accuracy Serve as a key resource on complex and critical issues that pertain to their team / business Develop and implement new operational improvements for assigned value stream Serves as an operational leader for client implementations Participates in short and long term business strategy for growth and expansion Provides input to forecasting and planning activities as it relates to operational cost and work force management Adapts business and department plans and priorities to address operational challenges Ensure client expectations are met relative to operational performance (service level agreements, CMS guidelines, state and federal mandates.) Collaborate with peer leaders on operational improvements Monitor performance using dashboard reporting and key metrics Candidate must be highly organized with effective and persuasive communication skills ?ENGLISH PROFICIENT ASSESSMENT WILL BE REQUIRED AFTER APPLICATION Required Qualifications : Bachelor?s Degree 1 years of experience in a leadership role (supervision, coaching, feedback) 6 months of experience in a client service setting 6 months of experience within the healthcare industry Proficient in MS Office with strong computer skills (e.g. multiple systems experience, keyboarding skills, Microsoft word, Power Point) Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency (filter, sort, create and edit spreadsheets) Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.?
