Descripción del Empleo:
Associate’s degree in a related area or 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area • 3 – 5 years IT related experience in Desktop Support Capacity • 3+ years’ experience in customer service related work • Advanced technical knowledge and hands-on expertise with the administration and troubleshooting of desktop client software/hardware including windows 7, Microsoft Office, and Enterprise systems • Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and scripting • Knowledge of transmission, broadcasting, switching, control and operation of telecommunications systems • Fine-tuned and advanced troubleshooting skills in Windows 7 • Strong analytical skills and problem solving ability •
