Essential job functions • Take ownership and resolve customer related support tickets that are escalated to the engineering level. • Review open ticket ages and provide mentorship to junior level engineers to execute resolutions. • Take ownership of complex issues and resolve. • Lead and facilitate meetings to discuss solutions to customer issues. • Participate in issue resolution meetings, as required. • Continually develop and train on new technologies and processes. • Update IT incident system, as required. • Implement configuration changes to resolve customer issues and enhancements.
Requisitos:
Minimum Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience. • At least 5-7 years of experience in systems engineering in a virtual, public or hybrid cloud environment. • Microsoft MCSE Core Infrastructure or equivalent experience. • Microsoft Azure Solutions Expert AZ300 or equivalent experience. • Service Now ITSM Fundamentals Certification or equivalent experience. • ITIL V4 or V3 Foundation or equivalent experience. • Bilingual (English and Spanish) Preferred Requirements • Prior working knowledge and exposure to AWS, Linux, VMware, and Citrix Other qualifications • Ability to be creative and innovative in solving customer issues. • Ability to be flexible and can work in a multi-tasking environment. • Have a strong customer focus to maximize customer satisfaction. • Excellent verbal and written presentation skills.
