General Description
We are looking a Systems Administrator for the Enterprise Platforms Division to help implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of an initiative, communicating them clearly to stakeholders, and ensuring high level of quality of the delivered product.
Duties and Responsibilities
Finds innovative ways to improve an existing process to make it more efficient or more effective.
Writes user stories that are clear, concise and easy-to-understand and implement by the development team. Groups stories into themes and epics as necessary.
Integrates the needs of several different stakeholders to produce an overall solution.
Defines acceptance criteria and creates test cases for certification and user acceptance. Participates in Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Functionality Testing.
Gather data to help determine prioritization of work items.
Conduct and analyze primary research on users, competitors, etc.
Manages and prioritize incidents related to the applications.
Responsible for ensuring releases are deployed successfully. May require off-hour and weekend on-call support periodically.
Monitors and ensures compliance with SLA's. Engages appropriate IT/business users to resolve technical issues and support business processes.
Partners to diagnose and resolve complex software issues. Ensures that accurate and effective solutions are provided to end users. Can train users on the system.
Ensures end user support needs are met with a high quality of service.
Education
Bachelor or Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Preferred Certifications
Agile (Product Owner, Scrum Master)
Lean Six Sigma
Experience
Knowledge of computer network structures
Experience with database design
Experience with report design consolidation, report optimization and process management
Experience analyzing and documenting different system flows, process flows and work flows
Extremely strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working as a Systems Administrator, Systems Analyst or related field
Banking Operations knowledge preferred.
Experience on Agile methodologies preferred.
For Internal Candidates:
Experience in branch sales, branch services and branch operations preferred.
Experience with Core Systems or BSA Compliance operations preferred.
