General Description
Administers, coordinates, manages and supports the assigned application or applications to ensure the correct performance.

Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for administering the applications assigned.
Support and conduct primary reasearch on users, etc
Prepare requirements documents and work with development to coordinate releases
Participate in scrum meetings. Collaborates in the process of task prioritization
Work with technical/support/incident teams to identify needs and mitigate risks
Map changes/updates to release schedule. Work with business unit to ensure plan minimizes impact
Communicate to business unit new releases
Recommend new capabilities based on KPI monitoring
May require off-hour and weekend on-call support periodically
Document all updates and ensure compliance with bank procedures.
Helps test all changes to ensure the release was successful
Perform recurring procedures and validate application usability and monitor system stability, ensuring that all operational tasks run error-free and application performance is optimal.
Can help create content to train users on how to use system/application
Looks and suggests ways to improve the product
Track 3rd party invoices
Manage ad-hoc requests of the applications in charge.
Support new projects’ development.
Manage efficiency in tasks; assisting in client’s requests, estimating cost and time.
Establish planning and execution of tests, usability and certification of application releases and changes.
Prepare and conduct training programs for application deployments and upgrades, if necessary.
Ensure compliance with BPPR policies.
Ensure that time frames are met according to all requirements.
Train users and support units in current systems functionalities.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
Experience
Two years of experience administering applications or as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in branch operations or administration applications/platforms and related processes (change management, release management, documentation, etc). Knowledge of managing tickets in Jira.
