Duties and Responsibilities: Assists in developing tools and procedures for operational support of users Responsible for the evaluation of new products or services as directed by senior staff Maintains the integrity of the processing environment Analyzes client requirements and recommends appropriate hardware and software solutions to optimize work flow and efficiency Performs installation and testing of new products individually or as part of a team Develops documentations to support current and planned equipment configurations Informs management of potential service level problems before they occur and communicate solutions Assists in evaluating and recommending vendor products and services Other duties as assigned Talent is the essence of meeting our client's objectives, goals and challenges.
