General Description
We are looking for a Systems Analyst for the Enterprise Platforms Division to help implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of an initiative, communicating them clearly to stakeholders, and ensuring high level of quality of the delivered product.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Finds innovative ways to improve an existing process to make it more efficient or more effective.
Supports the business in writing requirements and user stories that are clear, concise, and easy-to-understand and implement by the development team.
Integrates the needs of several different stakeholders to produce or recommend an overall solution.
Defines acceptance criteria and creates test cases for certification and user acceptance. Participates in Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Functionality Testing.
Gather data to help determine prioritization of work items.
Responsible for ensuring releases are deployed successfully. Will require off-hour and weekend on-call support periodically.
Monitors and ensures compliance with SLA's. Engages appropriate IT/business users to resolve technical issues and support business processes.
Partners to diagnose and resolve complex software issues. Ensures that accurate and effective solutions are provided to end users. Can train users on the system.
Ensures end user support needs are met with a high quality of service.
Qualifications
Must be fully bilingual (demonstrated proficiency in written and spoken English and Spanish).
Availability and disposition to work off-hours, weekends, and/or holidays.
Technical background is a must.
Knowledge of banking regulations.
Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
Experience
3 to 10 years of experience in related field.
Banking Operations knowledge preferred.
Experience on Agile methodologies preferred.
Education
Bachelor or Master's Degree
in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Preferred Certifications
Agile (Product Owner, Scrum Master).
