Essential Duties and Responsibilities 13;

Functional subject matter expert towards our Sales, Marketing and Service Departments, users and Senior Management
:
Active consulting, guiding and influencing of business stakeholders
:
Support business cases and influence key decision makers (on IT and business side)
:
Collaborate with management on roadmaps and represent the business units stakeholders
:
Implementation of prototypes and proof of concepts, leading design sessions as well as organization and executing of sprints
:
Conceptualization, design and implementation of new solutions
:
Provide user support and troubleshooting
:
Analyze business processes and data flows across the systems landscape
:
Understand business problems and articulate systems solution design to technical and non:technical audience such as senior management and relate to a business problem
:
Understanding of security, compliance and data management aspects in modern cloud applications
:
Working with multiple stakeholders, identify the most important client business challenges, conduct analysis, and present strategic solutions that align to the corporate sales, service and marketing strategies.

Lead senior business stakeholders through transformative activities, beginning with discovery through the delivery of business value, designed at streamlining business processes to achieve optimal performance.
Additionals Essential Duties and Responsibilities 13;

Lead discovery workshops, which includes the facilitation of large audiences, solution presentations, and prototype demonstrations.
:
Responsible for identification and inventory of process pain points and gaps in best practices.
:
Develop customized business solutions to support critical business functions and meet project objectives.
:
Organize and lead business design sessions and prepare business design documentation for features planned for a release.
:
Translate business requirements to user stories and work with development teams to ensure they are built to expected quality.
:
Help define business architecture standards and guidelines.
Education 13;
Bachelor or Master Degreer in
Computer Science
, Business Administration, Information Systems or other relevant field
Experience 13;
:
5+ years hands:on relevant Aspect and/or AWS Connect experience
:
5+ years of experience supporting telecom systems and protocols : including VoIP, IVR, routing and switching, SIP trunks, RTP, SRTP, PSTN cloud integration, and call center technologies.
:
Experience in IT services, development or system operations.
:
Build and/or support an automated exchange of information between CRM and telephony platforms
:
Strong knowledge in Genesys
:
Strong knowledge in Salesforce
:
Demonstrated leadership in joint application design sessions and agile projects
:
Strong business acumen with ability to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions
:
Experience in Agile (Scrum or Kanban) and waterfall SDLC methodologies
:
Experience in Design Thinking methodologies
Others Qualifications 13;
:
Comfortable building and demonstrating prototypes in AWS Connect.
