JSR Services is a recruitment and executive search firm working with top-tier companies across LATAM & USA. We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with previous experience in agency/headhunting environments, capable of managing full-cycle recruitment for multiple clients.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various clients across different industries.
* Post job ads, source and screen candidates, and conduct competency-based interviews.
* Present shortlists to clients and coordinate final interview stages.
* Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding for selected candidates.
* Keep all candidate and client data updated in our CRM/ATS.
* Meet performance KPIs including number of interviews, submissions, and placements.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and understand their hiring needs.
*Requirements:*
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a staffing agency or headhunting firm.
* Proficient in candidate sourcing techniques, Boolean search, and structured interviews.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
* Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
* Intermediate to advanced English level (depending on client base).
