Responsibilities As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Embedded in the broader Talent & Succession sub-team, this role will work closely with territory and global leaders across IFS, LoS, and industries. In addition, the role contributes to and leads selected leadership development activities in a team consisting of the broader CoE staff. Job Requirements and Preferences: Basic Qualifications: Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma Minimum Years of Experience: 4 year(s) Preferred Qualifications: Degree Preferred: Bachelor Degree Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success managing complex and sensitive projects and information, skilled at attention to detail and interactions with senior level partners and other leaders including the following areas: Managing confidential consultations that often include performance/skills/impact and other highly sensitive information related to talent identification and succession planning type activities; Demonstrating effectiveness as an internal service provider in an environment where client service/satisfaction is paramount - showing evidence by experience in a related 'business partnership' type role either in Human Capital, Sales & Marketing, Industry Programmes, etc. where regular interface with senior partners is a routine element of the role; Demonstrating leader level project management skills, ideally managing large, complex and multi-workstream projects where the management of team members and project deliverables requires long and short-term planning and multi-month or year scenarios; Leveraging some exposure/experience in talent management/succession planning/performance/impact and/or a related area; Demonstrating ability to build trusted relationships cross cultures/geographical borders within and across Territories; Demonstrating leader level oral & written communication skills and being a super user of Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Word; and, Demonstrating ability to consult, collaborate, team and influence without direct authority across functional and territory teams and within the COE.
