Team Manager - Coffee Shop

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Team Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage a team in a coffee shop store setting, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Duties

* Manage and supervise a team of employees
* Implement sales strategies and ensure sales targets are met
* Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues
* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking activities
* Train new team members on company policies and procedures
* Maintain store cleanliness and organization
* Utilize strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Qualifications

* Previous experience in management or team management
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams
* Bilingual proficiency is a plus
* Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $12.50 per hour
