Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Health, Natural Science, Nursing, Ultrasound, Patient Care or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare, patient care industry or similar roles.
Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Windows applications: Word, Excel, Outlook
Ability to participate in project management related to the implementation and upgrading of solutions.
Assist with equipment installation.
Experience in solving complex and technical situations.
Provide support to Service Technicians.
Perform quality tests on ultrasound or PCS equipment.
Attention to detail verifying proper functionality and compliance with established standards of equipment.
Create and maintain up-to-date technical documentation and training materials.
Experience preparing reports and presentations.
Experience in Customer Service.
Collaborate with various departments ensure the effective integration of solutions.
Stay informed about the latest technologies and regulatory changes in the field.
Ability to make recommendations for updates and improvement if necessary.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in solving complex and technical situations.
Availability to work holidays, weekends and extended hours (if required).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish, with adequate understanding of English.
