Full Time Opportunity General Description Provide advice to customers explaining insurance alternatives to complete their Mortgage closing transaction with Banco Popular. Evaluate coverage alternatives, limits of insurance, and main policy exclusions to ensure customers' insurance needs are addressed. Monitors campaign results to assure the fulfillment of the established processes. Completes reports to communicate results. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform outbound calls to Popular Mortgage customers to explain insurance alternatives, within the timeframe established for this process. Provide customers additional insurance alternatives and coverages and complete the quoting process when required. Communicate effectively, change in quotes with Popular Mortgage employees and document repository systems. Serve as liaison with Popular Mortgage employees involved in processing and closing processes. Complete the documentation process established to monitor the advice/ offering initiative, and the documentation process required to maintain the customer file with correspondence, quotes and insurance settlement. Complete monthly dashboards to communicate efforts, and performance indicators related to the campaign. Education Bachelor's Degree Experience Insurance experience, preferably Certifications / Licenses The following certifications and/or licenses are required: P&C (Miscellaneous) Insurance License CISR designation (desirable) Other Qualifications To analyze situations to determine the importance, urgency and risks, and make clear decisions which are timely and in the best interests of the organization. Excellent oral and written communication, both in English and Spanish. Advanced domain of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
