Full Time Opportunity

General Description

Investigate, analyze, refer and dispose the pending items in reconciliation for each assigned account and ensure that they are adequately compensated by the BPPR Reconciliations unit in the established period.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Investigation and disposition of reconciliation items.

1. Analyze the reason for the pending items in the reconciliation and determine the action to follow to properly dispose them:

• Request tasks from the different business and operation units.

• Carry out collection procedures for companies and reach payment agreements and how applications will be handled.

• Coordinate and return commissions to companies.

2. Make wage entries in the accounts assigned through the AMS360 system and keep in constant communication with the BPPR Accounting unit to verify differences and request the appropriate corrections.

3. Coordinate with the BPPR Accounts Payable unit to issue disbursements of premiums and commissions.

4. Identify behaviors or patterns in the accounts and contribute ideas and options to make improvements in the processes. Coordinate action plans with the different units to carry out corrective actions that allow resolutions.

Application for income accumulations

1. Prepare, document and send to the BPPR Accounting unit the monthly accumulations for the assigned accounts.

Check quality process

1. Verify the quality of the checks issued by the Investigation & Analysis unit and its documentation, daily.

2. Make sure that the exceptions referred to other units are properly corrected.

Other tasks can be assigned according to the business need.


Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Accounting

At least two years of administrative work and general accounting experience.

Other Qualifications

Analyze situations to determine the importance, urgency and risks, and make clear decisions which are timely and in the best interests of the organization.

Set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals, and track details/data/information/activities.

Excellent oral and written communication, both in English and Spanish.

Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problem, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness.

Advanced domain of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
