Our customer is hiring a Technical Business Analyst — with at least 3-5 years of experience.
This is a contract-based position (6-8 months) with the possibility of extension. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to analyze business needs, define technical requirements, and ensure that solutions are aligned with both business objectives and technology capabilities. Candidates must reside in Puerto Rico.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst (3–5 years minimum).
* Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
* Technical background: ability to understand software development concepts, databases, and system integrations (hands-on programming is not required but technical expertise is essential).
* Solid understanding of data structures, APIs, and system workflows.
* Familiarity with SQL and relational databases (ability to query and validate data).
* Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and business stakeholders.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
