Technical Facilitator

Requirements:
Knowledge: photocopying equipment, Printers, Scanners or something related.
Hours: 8am-5pm with an hour lunch period.
Assignment Duration: Long Term

To Work in Manati, PR.
Assigned Tasks:
1. Responsible for inventory management of supplies.
2. Responsible for meter reading and paper supply equipment.
3. Coordinates the removal, installation and training teams.
4. Provides reports and answers calls for service level 1.

Meet daily customer demand which is reported to solve basic situations with equipment that provides Ricoh (Photocopies, Printers, Scanners). If you need assistance with any repairs or programming, the facilitator should contact the IT Technical Support for Ricoh, and coordinate as soon as possible to resolve the client's situation.
